Abstract

ABSTRACT

This study develops a multi-level game-theoretic framework to analyze the strategic interactions underlying the Syrian conflict. The model captures interdependencies across local, regional, and global actors through hierarchical strategic mappings. By introducing structured payoff relationships and inter-level dependencies, the study provides a theoretical explanation of how strategic behavior propagates across different layers of conflict. The findings highlight that equilibrium outcomes are highly sensitive to coordination patterns and inter-level feedback effects. While the model remains theoretical, it offers a foundation for future empirical validation and simulation-based extensions.
