Digital Preservation and Archiving Policy

The Journal of Innovative Research in Mathematical and Computational Sciences (JIRMCS) is committed to preserving the scholarly record and ensuring the long-term accessibility, authenticity, and integrity of all published content.

JIRMCS provides permanent digital preservation through the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), which securely archives published articles within a trusted distributed preservation infrastructure. This ensures that the journal's scholarly content remains accessible and protected against data loss, technological obsolescence, and service disruption.

In addition to PKP PN, JIRMCS performs routine institutional backups of its website, editorial management system, metadata, and published content to support disaster recovery, business continuity, and the long-term preservation of the journal's digital assets.

To further enhance the visibility and preservation of scholarly outputs, authors are encouraged to maintain an up-to-date ORCID record and link their published JIRMS articles to their ORCID profile. Authors may also deposit permitted versions of their work in institutional or other trusted non-commercial repositories in accordance with the journal's Self-Archiving Policy.

JIRMCS periodically reviews and updates its digital preservation and archiving practices to ensure continued compliance with internationally recognized standards and best practices in scholarly publishing.
