Aczel-Alsina Aggregation Operators Based on Interval-valued Complex Single-valued Neutrosophic Information and Their Application in Decision-Making Problems

In this article, we evaluate the novel theory of Aczel-Alsina operational laws under the consideration of the interval-valued complex single-valued neutrosophic (IVCSVN) values by using the idea of Aczel-Alsina t-norm and t-conorm which was derived by Aczel and Alsina in 1982. Moreover, we derive the concept of the IVCSVN Aczel-Alsina weighted averaging (IVCSVNAAWA) operator, IVCSVN Aczel-Alsina ordered weighted averaging (IVCSVNAAOWA) operator, IVCSVN Aczel-Alsina hybrid averaging (IVCSVNAAHA) operator, and examined or presented their major properties, such as idempotency, boundedness, and monotonicity. Additionally, we demonstrate a MADM “multi-attribute decision-making” scenario in the availability of the derived operators for IVCSVN information and illustrates various numerical example to show the practicality and supremacy of the presented theory by comparing the derived work with some prevailing techniques.
